Today I woke up with the WORST back pain EVER! Like let's punch a wall 1000 times pain. For a good chunk of time I thought it was back labor, but after coordinating braxton hicks subsided (2 hours later) I figured out it was the way he was laying. The only position that helped was sitting criss cross apple sauce. I figured this out after I took a bath, did errands for 2 hours, did squats, did laps around the house and more! And when I look at the pictures, I really think I have dropped this week so maybe that explains that. Less than 4 days!!!!!
