Shauna and I decided to grab our kiddos and meet up at the Lindon pool. Unfortunately neither of us checked the weather (insert face palm!). Before we could get into the water, we were rushed to a covered area because there was lightening (within a 5 mile radius). The crappier part was we had to wait over an hour (their protocol dictates no lightening strike for 30 mins, I think!) to get in the water. Best part was, by the time we could go in, the place had emptied out almost completely and we could swim and slide to our hearts content. It was still a good day!
