Today we laid Jerry's body to rest. It was a day full of feels. Happiness for him, that his body is no longer in pain. Sadness for all of us, because we no longer get to hear his laugh, seek his counsel, hear his learned wisdom, find comfort in his hug. But how grateful we are for the gospel! For the knowledge that families are eternal and we will see Jerry again. And we know he will be with us in this life. Loving and guiding us.
