You know you are a beginner at sewing when your FOURTH needle of the night looks like the one above (crazy bent). Needless to say the three before it didn't look any better, either bent or broken. After having my Mom look at it, she decided it was probably a combo of cheap needles and having thread way too thick! Lesson learned, look at the thread needed not what it's the sewing box. Well that and don't cheap out on my needles :). Cheers to being a beginner :)
