I had been wanting to try out Manilla Pond this summer but was getting a little lazy about my plans. But when my sister, Brooke, agree a free day at a grainy sandy beach was right up her alley we decided to go for it. The kids actually liked it a lot and Brooke and I had a great time chatting and watching the munchkins play. Although it's not the flattest or softest of beaches....it's free! ;)
