Have kids they said.....It will be fun they said......hmmm pretty sure they were not talking about doing errands with your kids (especially when the pick up machine is broken and no one comes when you push the customer service button, so you wait and wait and wait because the return line at customer service to talk someone is wrapped around the front of the store!.....man do I miss the old days of REAL PEOPLE customer service)!!! But this face....
